1. CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES     
In the top of a double boiler, put first 3 ingredients. Heat until liquid. Take off stove and add the vanilla. Dip the strawberries and set them on wax paper until chocolate is hardened.

If using shrimp: Bring 4 cups hot water to boiling, then add shrimp and bring to boiling again. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 to 3 minutes until shrimp turn pink; drain. Place shrimp

Blend all ingredients together in blender on high speed until smooth and creamy. Chill before serving. Yields 2 1/2 cups. Contains 8 1/2 calories per serving.
10. EQUAL YOGURT FRUIT DIP   
Combine cream cheese and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit. Makes 2 cups or 8 servings; contains approximately 100 calories per servin
11. SESAME TURKEY WITH HONEY DIP   
Hellmann's real mayonnaise dry mustard instant minced onion fine dry bread crumbs sesame seed cubed, cooked turkey Hellmann's real mayonnaise honey
12. HOLIDAY DIP   
Melt cream cheese in double boiler or soften in microwave. Add all other ingredients. Heat until bubbly. Serve from chafing dish with crackers or vegetables.
13. SHRIMP DIP     
Stir all ingredients until mixed well. Cover and chill. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes 3 cups.
14. SALMON DIP   
Combine all ingredients; chill.
15. HOT CHEESY SEAFOOD DIP   
Combine jalapeno process cheese, cream cheese and margarine in top of double boiler. Bring water to boil and reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese melts. Stir in shrimp o
