Walnut Rolls
Ingredients:
6 c. flour
1 c. margarine
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. luke warm water

Directions:
Sift the flour and salt together.  Warm the milk; dissolve the yeast in the warm water.  Combine the warm milk with the margarine and let melt.  Add the yeast mixture to the milk.  Beat the eggs and add to liquids with the vanilla.  Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture along with the sugar and beat.  Knead until elastic.  Set aside the dough in a bowl, covered with a cloth, for approximately one hour, to raise.

Divide the dough into six balls.  Roll out on lightly floured board; spread with Walnut Filling.  Fold up and pinch ends.  Place three rolls on a cookie sheet.  Brush the tops with beaten egg or milk.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes, until golden brown.  Cool and serve sliced for breakfast or as a dessert

Walnut Filling:
2 lb. ground walnuts
2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla

Combine filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  Use for Walnut rolls.  Makes 6 rolls.
