Directions:
Cream together sugar and margarine. Add eggs and oil. Beat
well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt, stir to mix. Add
to creamed mixture along with Key Lime juice. beat until smooth and
well mixed. Roll dough into small balls about 1-inch in diameter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
Using the bottom of a glass dipped into sugar flatten the balls.
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
remove from pan immediately to a wire rack. Dust with confectioners
sugar. makes about 5 1/2 dozen.
