Pineapple-Cherry Pie

Ingredients

1 Cup heavy cream
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
¼ cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple drained
1 (16 oz.) can red sour pitted cherries, drained
1 cup chopped nuts
2 graham cracker pie crusts
few drops red food coloring (optional)

Directions

Whip cream as think as possible.  Add Eagle Eagle Brand milk, sugar, and lemon juice. Then add pineapple, cherries, nuts and food coloring; mix well, pour into graham cracker crust and freeze.

Server chilled.  Keeps in the freeze indefinitely.
