Crawfish Casserole

 

1 C. onions

1 C. bell pepper

1 C. celery

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 Lb. crawfish tails

2 C. cooked rice

tabasco sauce  (optional)

 

Sauté onions, bell pepper and celery in butter.  Add cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup.  Mix crawfish and rice.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
