(8oz) pkg. cream cheese

cup orange juice
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add flour, cream of tartar and baking soda
and mix well.
Work
together with hands, spread out with rolling pin on slightly floured surface
(or spread right on greased round pizza pan).
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Mix
together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread over cooled cookie.
Arrange sliced or cut, well-drained fresh fruit of your choice in any
pattern over cheese layer.
Mix
and boil together for 1 minute the sugar, cornstarch, salt, and orange
juice. Cool for 5 minutes. Drip glaze
over fruit or spread with pastry brush (be sure and cover all fruit to keep it

can also brush a glaze on of melted jelly or marmalade, which will give the
fruit a quick, shiny glaze.
