Pittsburg Potatoes

 

6 to 8 medium potatoes

2 c grated munster cheese

1 ½ c sour cream

¼ c butter

1/3 c chopped onion

 

Boil potatoes with skin left on, until soft.  Peel and grate potatoes.  Melt the

Cheese and butter over low heat – then add sour cream and onions.  Pour over grated

Potatoes and mix well.

 

Pour mixture into 2 – quart casserole.

Dot with butter and paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
