S’MORES BARS

 

3 C graham cracker crumbs                                          3 C miniature marshmallows

¾ C butter or margarine – melted                                  2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/3 C sugar

 

Combine the crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press half of mixture into a greased

13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.  Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips.  Top with remaining crumb mixture and press firmly.  Bake at 375 degrees (350 degrees if glass) for 10 minutes.  Remove from the oven and immediately press top firmly with spatula.  Cool completely. Cut into bars. Yield 3 dozen.
