Mom’s Apple Roll

 

Biscuit dough

2 C cooked & sweetened apples (cooled)

2 C milk

1 C sugar

½ stick margarine, melted

1 tsp vanilla

 

Make biscuit dough and roll out about 1/8  – 1/4 inch thickness.  Spread apples over dough and roll up jellyroll fashion.  Slice about 1 inch to 2 inch and place flat side down in baking dish.  Mix the milk, sugar, margarine and vanilla.  Pour over apple rolls. 

Bake in 350 degree oven until dough is brown and sauce is thick, about 30 minutes.
