Harvest Potatoes  (pg. 38)

 

Ingredients

 

26 oz. Frozen hashbrowns

1 cube margarine, melted

1 c. Sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 c. Shredded cheese

1 onion chopped

 

Directions

 

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

(Spread in 9x13 pan)
