Mandarin Orange Cake

 

Ingredients:

(For Cake)

1 box yellow cake mix

½ c. Oil

4 eggs

1 sm. Can mandarin plus juice

 

 

(Frosting)

 

1 lg. Can crushed pineapple plus juice

1 sm. Pkg. Vanilla instant pudding

1 8 oz. Cool Whip

 

Directions for cake (pg. 82)

 

Mix all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.  Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.  Cool completely

 

Frosting:

 

Mix the thawed cool whip with the pudding and pineapple.  Mix completely.  Put on cooled cake.  Refrigerate for 2 hours.
