South Of The Boarder Chicken

Ingredients:

4 to 5 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

10 tortillas, cut up in triangle shapes

1 large onion, diced

2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup

2 c. salsa

Monterey and Cheddar cheese

 

Directions:

Mix chicken, onion, soups and salsa together. Spray bottom of 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Layer tortillas and then mixture, then cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
