Linguine with
Clam Sauce (page 18)
1 8 oz. Package
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 small can minced clams & juice
1 c. Parmesan Cheese
½ c. White wine
Cook Linguine according to directions. Then in a saucepan put butter and melt, add
cheese, seasoning and garlic. Stir
well. Add wine and clams with juice. Pour over pasta serve.
