Bandito Wings

Ingredients:

1 lb. Chicken wings

2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

½ c. taco sauce

¼ c. barbecue sauce

¼ c. French dressing

½ tsp. Worchestershire sauce

red pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Heat over to 350 degrees.  Cut wings apart at the joint and salt and pepper to taste.  Heat half the margarine in skillet and cook the wings until golden brown.  Melt remaining margarine in saucepan and add the remaining ingredients.  Arrange the wings on a shallow baking pan and spread sauce over wings.  Bake until wings are hot, 5 to 8 minutes.  Arrange on serving plate and serve with remaining sauce as a dip.

Gourmet potatoes

Ingredients:

6 c. cooked potatoes, cut into chunks

2 c. cheddar cheese

¼ c. butter

1/3 c. chopped onion

1 ½ c. sour cream (room temp)

1 tsp salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsp butter (extra)

 

Directions:

Combine cheese and ¼ cup butter into sauce pan.  Stir until almost melted.  Remove from heat.  Blend in sour cream and onion.  Stir in potatoes salt and pepper.  Bake in oven 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees.  Cut the remaining.  2 Tbsp butter over top or use buttered bread crumbs.  Bake in over at 375 degrees.
