Cranberry Chicken

Ingredients:

½ bottle Catalina salad dressing

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

6 chicken breasts boneless and skinless

 

Directions:

Mix first three ingredients and pour over chicken.  Marinate for 5 or 6 hours.  Bake in covered casserole for 20 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.  Uncover and cook for 15 minutes longer.  Serve with brown rice and broccoli.
