2 c. cooked chicken breast
1 bunch cooked broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup (can use Healthy Choice or Healthy Request)
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
2/3 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. bread crumbs


Precook chicken breast and broccoli. Place broccoli in casserole dish; layer chicken over it. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake in 350° oven until cheese melts. Serves 6.
