PEACH COBBLER
Topping:
1 c. sugar1 c. self-rising flour2/3 stick butter1 egg1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. sugar (for cobbler)
Peel and slice fresh ripe peaches. Place in oblong baking dish. Blend all ingredients well. Spread on top of peaches. Bake 40 minutes in a 350° oven. Can be served with ice cream.
