1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
4 eggs
1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
1/2 cup General Food International Flavored Coffees, any flavor
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
8 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate chunks


Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease and flour bundt cake pan.

Beat all ingredients except chocolate chunks in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened, scraping side of bowl often. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in chocolate chunks. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 to 20 minutes. Loosen cake from sides of pan with small knife or spatula. Invert cake onto wire rack and gently remove cake. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.

Can use devil's food cake mix, devil's food pudding mix and substitute 1/4 cup Kahlua for 1/4 cup of the water.
