MACARONI SEAFOOD SALAD
2 c. macaroni1 large can shrimp or 1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp*1 1/2 c. chopped celery1 Tbsp. chopped pimento1/4 tsp. black pepper1/2 c. diced pineapple3 hard-boiled eggs1 c. mayonnaise sliced stuffed olives1 large can green peas (optional)
Cook macaroni; drain and chill. Combine remaining ingredients. If fresh shrimp are used, boil 15 minutes, then blanch in cold water and remove shells and center black line.
*Can substitute tuna or salmon.
