RAISIN BRAN BREAD
1 c. molasses2 2/3 c. milk1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar2 1/2 c. bran3 1/4 c. whole-wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda2/3 c. raisins
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Combine, mixing well after each addition. Pour batter in an oiled bread pan. Bake right away at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
