Cook meat and onions in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain in a colander and pat dry with a paper towel. Wipe pan drippings from skillet with a paper towel. Return beef mixture to skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients except hamburger bun. Cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon mixture evenly over bun halves. Yield: 2 servings. |
