4 1/2 lb. eye of round roast
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
2 cans golden mushroom soup
3/4 can water
bag small carrots
4 potatoes, sliced

Place roast in large roasting pan. Put onion soup mix on top of roast. Pour mushroom soup and water around roast. Cover with heavy foil. Bake at 350° for 2 hours. Add carrots and potatoes and cook for 2 more hours.
