COUNTRY-STYLE PORK RIBS
Braising Sauce:
2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. cayenne pepper1 large clove garlic, mashed1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel6 Tbsp. lemon juice6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 1/4 c. catsup3 3/4 c. apple juice
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes, until sauce is reduced to about 4 cups. Makes 4 cups.
