6 chicken breasts
4 hard boiled eggs sliced thick
1/2 C. toasted almonds
2 C. coarsely chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3/4 cup Miracle Whip or Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 can Healthy Request mushroom soup
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 Healthy Request chicken soup
3 tsp. lemon juice
Pepper to taste
1 can pimento pieces
1 C crushed potato chips
1/2 C. shredded, cheddar cheese


Seal chicken in foil, place in shallow pan and bake at 350° until done. Unwrap chicken, cut up and place back in pan with remaining ingredients. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until very bubbly. Serves 12.
