PISTACHIO CAKE
1 box White Cake Mix2 pkg. Instant Pistachio Pudding1 c. Club Soda3/4 c. Oil4 Eggs1/2 c. Nuts1/2 c. Cherries, cut in half
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Add cherries and nuts, blending with a spoon. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
Frosting:
1 container of Whipping Cream1 pkg. Pistachio Instant Pudding Maraschino Cherries
Whip cream and pudding together until stiff. Frost cake. Decorate with cherries.
