PEANUT SAUCE FOR PASTA
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter2 Tbsp. hot water1 Tbsp. cider vinegar1 Tbsp. soy sauce1 tsp. sugar1 Tbsp. salad oil1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce1 (8 oz.) pkg. pasta
In medium bowl with wire whisk or fork, beat peanut butter with water until smooth. Stir in vinegar and next 4 ingredients until blended. Add cooked and drained pasta; toss gently to coat well. Serve immediately.
