ASPARAGUS AND HAM SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1/2 stick butter olive oil1/2 c. thinly sliced onion1 c. diced ham1 lb. cut up asparagus1/2 c. water1 chicken bouillon cube1/2 c. cream or half and half1/4 c. Parmesan cheese spaghetti, cooked and drained
Melt butter and olive oil in electric frypan. Add onion, diced ham and asparagus. Sauté. Add water and chicken bouillon cube and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cream and Parmesan cheese. Toss around. Pour over cooked spaghetti.
