TEA MUFFINS


ingredients

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. bran flakes
1 egg
1/2 c. water
3/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (3 pkg.)
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. raisins, finely cut

preparation

Stir flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together, then add bran flakes. Beat egg and add water, Sweet 'N Low and salad oil. Stir into dry ingredients, mixing as little as possible. Add raisins. Line muffin pans with paper liners and divide batter evenly in 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
