GREEN BEAN SALAD
ingredients
1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained 1 (8 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained 1/2 c. olive oil 1/4 c. wine vinegar 2 tsp. salt garlic powder to taste pepper to taste 1 onion, sliced parsley, washed, dried and chopped

preparation
In a large bowl, combine all the drained cans of beans and add oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, pepper, sliced onion and parsley. Mix well. Let beans marinate (soak) for at least 2 hours. You do not have to refrigerate it. Serves 8 to 10 people. |
