CHOCOLATE DIP


ingredients

2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

preparation

Combine cocoa and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Add water, stirring until smooth. Stir in corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cool mixture to room temperature.

Serve with whole strawberries.
