CHEESE TRIANGLES


ingredients

1 pkg. pita bread
butter
grated Parmesan cheese

preparation

Separate pita bread into single sheets. Place under broiler to warm. Flip before toasted. Remove when bread is hot, yet still soft. Butter generously on inner side only. Cut each circular side into eighths. Sprinkle triangles with Parmesan cheese. Place on foil and put under broiler. Remove when toasted and crunchy. Serve warm or cold.
