1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. Teri burger mix
1/2 round onion, chopped
1 egg
sushi nori
water chestnuts, chopped (optional)
flour (for coating)
oil (for frying)


Mix hamburger, Teri burger mix, onion and egg. Mix well. Place about two to three tablespoons of mixture to center of sheet of nori. Spread evenly in middle. Fold ends of nori. Place in pan with folds downward so nori will stick together. Place in refrigerator for about three to four hours. Coat with flour and fry in oil. Slice in several pieces.
