1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
assorted appetizer crackers


In medium-size bowl, blend salmon, cream cheese, onions, lemon juice, horseradish, pickle relish and salt. Wrap in wax paper and form into ball. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.

Mix parsley and walnuts together. Pat into salmon ball to garnish. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 large ball (about 2 cups).
