1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels, thin ones crush easier
3/4 c. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 9 oz. Cool Whip
1 6 oz. strawberry jello
2 10 oz. frozen strawberries
2 c. hot water


Mix crushed pretzels, melted margarine and 2 Tbsp. sugar, press in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool. Blend cream cheese and sugar, fold in cool whip. Spread on cooled crust. Dissolve jello in boiling water, add slightly thawed strawberries. When partially set, spoon over cream cheese layer. Chill. Can be used as a dessert or a salad.
