PEPPERY HOT WINGS


ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings
Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2-3 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cayenne pepper

preparation

Heat oil (2-3 inches) in deep fryer. Fry wings, 4-6 at a time, turning occasionally, until golden brown and done, 8-10 minutes. Drain. Keep warm in 275°F oven while frying remaining wings.

Mix margarine, vinegar, pepper sauce, cayenne pepper and salt in bowl until well blended. Add wings and toss until evenly coated with pepper sauce mixture.

Serve with Blue cheese Dressing if desired.
