TEXAS AVOCADO TEA SANDWICHES


ingredients

1 ripe avocado
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped toasted almonds
2 Tbsp. crisp, crumbled bacon
dash of black pepper
dash of cayenne
dash of chili powder

preparation

Mash avocado; add lemon juice. Stir in almonds and bacon. Add seasonings. Mix to creamy smoothness and spread between slices of tea sandwich bread.
