RHUBARB CRUNCH


ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
5 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter or oleo

preparation

Heat oven to 350°. Combine 1/4 cup flour and granulated sugar; mix with rhubarb. Put into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine oats, 1 1/2 cups flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter. Crumble over top of rhubarb. Bake 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream.
