RHUBARB BREAD
2 cups brown sugar2/3 cup liquid shortening1 cup buttermilk1 egg1 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla2 1/2 cups flour1 tsp soda1 1/2 cup rhubarb1/2 cup nutmeats
Stir all ingredients in order given. Pour into 2 greased floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour in 325° oven. While still warn brush on glaze topping.
