BEEF BRISKET


ingredients

Lean beef brisket, quantity as desired
Rudy's Barbeque Rub or a barbeque seasoning
Salt and pepper
Water
Rudy's Barbeque sauce or other barbeque sauce

preparation

Line baking pan with foil (enough foil to wrap and seal brisket inside).

Rub brisket with Rudy's Rub or barbeque seasoning. Add salt and pepper as desired.

Add approximately 1/8 inch of water to brisket and wrap and seal the brisket in foil.

Bake overnight at least 12-14 hours on low heat at 225 degrees.

Serve with Rudy's BBQ sauce or other barbeque sauce on the side.
