1 c. each: walnuts, pecans and chocolate chips
3 large eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla


Preheat oven to 300°. Break up nuts into pieces at least as small as chocolate chips. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until they form peaks. Gradually beat in sugar and vanilla until whites are stiff. Gently stir nuts and chocolate into egg whites with a spoon. Drop batter on parchment paper on a baking sheet in teardrops. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until kisses are hard, but still white. Makes approximately 36 kisses.
