CHEDDAR CHEESE BALLS


ingredients

2 (8 oz.) c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz.) c. shredded American processed cheese
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. Worcester sauce
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. chilli powder
3/4 tsp. paprika

preparation

In a food processor combine Cheddar, American and cream cheese, buttermilk, Worcester sauce, hot pepper sauce and garlic powder. Process until smooth. Remove the mixture and pat into a ball. Cover in plastic wrap, refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Combine chilli and paprika on a plate. Mix well. Roll cheese balls in mixture until well coated.
