2 c. oleo, melted
1 box brown sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins (optional)
6 oz. butterscotch chips (optional)


Melt oleo. In a large mixing bowl, add to the oleo, brown sugar, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Stir into mixture gradually. Stir in remaining ingredients one at a time. Mixture will be thick. Use 1/4 cup dough per cookie or use an ice cream scoop. Bake 6 on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350°. Cool 5 minutes before removing cookies from baking sheet. Makes 30 to 40 cookies.
