ingredients

1 small box cherry Jell-O
2 c. sugar
4 c. water
1 large can pineapple juice
1 qt. cranberry juice
1 liter ginger ale (per 1 gal. slush)

preparation

Combine Jell-O, sugar and water in a pan and dissolve. Add pineapple juice and cranberry juice. Pour into containers and freeze.

To serve, thaw until slushy, then add ginger ale per 1 gallon of slush. Serves 20 to 25 people (6 ounce cups). Hot weather 15 people.
