OKSHEN KUGEL
8 oz. broad noodles1 c. pot cheese1/2 c. raisins1 egg, slightly beaten1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon2 tsp. sugar3/4 c. sour cream1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
Cook noodles as directed on the package; drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients and half of the melted margarine. Place in a greased casserole and pour over the remaining melted margarine. Bake, uncovered, at 350° (180°C) for 1 hour.
