PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE PIE
ingredients
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature) 1/3 c. pure Key lime juice 2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 can condensed milk 1 graham cracker crust (8 oz.)

preparation
Drain the pineapple. Combine cream cheese and milk, then add the Key lime juice; blend well. Stir in pineapple. Pour into shell and chill 1 hour. |
