HASHBROWN CASSEROLE


ingredients

30 oz. frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick of butter
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

preparation

Melt butter over low heat. Add cheese until melted. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Add butter and cheese mix. Mix with frozen hash browns. Spread in large casserole dish. Slightly dot the top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
